Apple ID ISSUE

I’m having trouble renewing a subscription for YouTube premium I go to enter my credit card information and apples it has a big red message that says that I cannot use the store or the credit card because my Apple ID is not found I need help with this

Typically an Apple ID is an email address you have used.
