I have a vaccine card but no we code

I am wondering if when the person said "no we code" they meant "QR". Notice the location of the letters on a keyboard. Easy to make a typo. ;-)

I also have this issue.I have my card with my dates and everything but I didn’t get a QR code from the place that gave me my vaccines. Is their a way to get my card on the health app and then on the wallet app via the health app without a QR code ?
