my husband is a truck driver has android and he can use his WiFi from his phone to his tablet and watch movies screen share so can I share my family share WiFi to him

Depends on what you mean.
Turning on your wifi hotspot on your iPhone has your phone act as a wifi router for other devices within about 60 feet. They connect to your phone and use your phone's cellular connection.
If you're husband is close to you, he can connect to the wifi network your phone is providing.
If he is further away, he can't connect to it
I don’t think so. You might be able to create a mobile hotspot using cellular data though.
