If I don't have lock in my NOTES even I added password in SETTING

I entered a Password in my NOTES SETTINGS, but I don't have the Lock in my notes.

Only Notes under the Folder iCloud and On My iPhone can be locked. Not Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, and other folders.
