Trying to restore and update my iPad

iTunes keeps saying my device can’t be found anytime I try to restore and update it . And have already put my iPad on recovery mood too

If your computer fails to recognise your iPad when connected, try using a different USB port on your computer - allowing time for the detection process to identify and install the correct device driver.
