Removing someone from family sharing on ipad

On iPad, there is no option to 'remove [name] from family' - How do I do this on iPad or iCloud?

have you read

Add or remove members from your Family Sharing group on iPhone - Apple Support (IE)

when i got members a red button to remove them appear

could it be that you are not organiser and only the organiser can do it?
