spectrum new modem/ router will not stay connected to my families iphones

constantly have to turn on and off wifi on our 3 phones 11-12-13 models due to no service thru apps

spectrums router/modem stay lite probably

sometimes it works for hrs sometimes minutes

turn off turn on wifi and all works

spectrum blames apple

apple blames spectrum

its been 5 weeks with this problem

best spectrum says is turn off private address

HELP PLEASE

its also effecting apple tv and now labtops

spectrum has changed out there hardware 3 x already

all the lastest wifi equipment

could it be apple osi lastest version

problem started same time

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15

Also, it's important to check for any possible Wi-Fi or Bluetooth environmental factors: Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference
