Why do my AirPods suck so bad? I’ve only had my AirPods a short time and the right one keeps shutting off after one or two minutes. It’s very frustrating. I’ve tried most if not all of the solutions recommended like resetting them, putting them back in the case, etc. etc. nothing seems to work. it seems to me that Apple has really produced an inferior product with this one. Anybody else having a similar experience?

Thank you for returning with this information. If the problem is present with the AirPods on all these devices, it may indicate a problem with the AirPods. You may want to check to see if the AirPods firmware is up-to-date. You can check the firmware by going to Settings > Bluetooth > AirPods. Tap "i", then scroll down to the About section to see the firmware version.
The steps for updating the firmware will vary depending on the AirPods type. Do you use AirPods Max, AirPods, or AirPods Pro? That information can help to ensure proper firmware update steps are provided.

The devices to which I am trying to connect include my iPhone 8, iPad air, and my MacBook Pro, 2018.
Each of the above devices has the latest software installed and updated.
I do not get any error messages from any of the devices above.
I have no problem connecting the AirPods initially but after one or two minutes the right earbud s simply shuts off.
