So I have an apple music account that I cannot log into & im getting charged I dont remember the apple id. How do I stop getting charged

Check your web browser autofill entries and other records, or use Apple's iForgot service, or contact their Account Security team, or ask the iTunes Store staff to cancel the subscription. If none of these options work, dispute the charge with yout financial institution.
