Apple Music or ITunes issues

I was charged from ITunes and I’m not able to use the services yet
Yeah I’ve check and review my subscriptions and purchases, yet I didn’t get to see the charges made on my apple account from ITUNES 

Here is an attachment receipt of debit from my bank account.
N3,380.00 (Three Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty Naira) was debited from my account for more than a month now and I can’t access the service’s for which I was charged with and still it’s not reflecting on my Apple ID information on ( subscriptions/Purchases).
I need an explanation thus refunds!

Was that a genuine email? If there is not an actual charge on your account, it may have been a phishing message:

Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
