Cancelled my free Apple TV+ subscription by mistake

I cancelled my Apple TV+ subscription I received when I bought my new IPhone in May 2021. I activated it in August. About 2 weeks ago I installed the Apple App on my smart Tv and when connecting to the App with my phone I accepted a condition or something that cancelled my subscription. I need my subscription restored till expiry next year

The only way to cancel is by going into your account, selecting the subscription, and selecting 'cancel'. It will also require a confirmation (which informs that the trial will also stop). Once it has gone through the trial cannot be reinstated, as per the terms. You are free to contact Apple about an exception but it is within their discretion and there is no guarantee.
