Profile

Hello. A configuration profile is used to configure settings and other such options on your iPhone. If you want to check to see if your device has any profiles installed, you can do so by navigating to Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management.

There is nothing wrong with not having any profiles on your iPhone, unless you expect to have a profile there or need one to access work, school, or other resources. Most personal iPhones will not have profiles installed. If you need a profile and your device is missing one, however, please contact your network or systems administrator or your organization's IT support department for assistance.
