Having Siri change channels on my SiriusXM App while driving my Tesla Y

For the sake of safety, I want to be able to use Siri's voice command capability to change channels on my Iphone's SiriusXM App without having to look down at my IPhone while driving my Tesla Y. (Tesla Y does not support SiriusXM directly. So I can not use that Tesla's voice command to change the channels). More specifically, the only two SiriusXM channels I use are 91 and 92. But unless I can get Siri to toggle between those two stations, I have to physically take my eyes off the road to look down at my phone whole driving which I don't do now. Need somebody's help to help me figure out a way to get Siri to solve my problem.
