Are you asking about your Apple Card balance?

Check Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay. If you have added your Apple Card to "Payment Cards", the balance should appear there.

Are you asking about if you still have outstanding time payments for buying the iPad? That would depend on how you financed the purchase.
