How to fix safari cannot open page because server cannot find

In that case, try the troubleshooting from If Safari displays a blank page or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. If this continues, does it happen with links that you click on in a certain app? For example, does it happen when someone emails or texts you a link? That might help isolate what's happening.
