HomeKit secure video not recording

Hi,

Why does HomeKit secure video stop recording , I have two Logitech circle cameras and they stopped recording since yesterday. I didn’t change anything in my network . I know that is not an hardware issue . Any clue ?

HomeKit secure video not recording Have 3 Logitech circle 2 cameras. Converted them to HomeKit compatible with the Logitech firmware upgrade. After a few initial issues recording worked for about two months. We frequently got notifications (mostly in the afternoon) about the cameras going offline for a few minutes one at the time - seemed random. Camera 1 would stay online while camera 2 went offline. Internet connection was all fine when it happened. However: One week ago these notifications stopped and the light on all cameras changed from red to blue and now they only stream and doesn’t record. I have tried: resetting the cameras (holding the side button for 9 seconds) unplugging power removing and re-adding them to the Home app switching off/on the record options in HomeKit app logging in/out of iCloud and HomeKit on the AppleTV that serves as a hub restarting our router All devices are running latest firmware. Edit: seems like I cannot select a very suitable category for this question. In lack of better options I choose Apple TV, but moderators feel free to move it

logitech circle 2 cameras not recording after ios 15.2 update After updating to the latest software on the 14/12/21 - iOS 15.2, watch os, Mac OS and TV, my Logitech circle 2 cameras work very well but have stopped recording. Nothing else has changed. Do I have to wait for a Logitech software update or is this an apple software issue?

Not All Cameras Are Recording I have five cameras (three Circle 2 and two Eve Cams) integrated into my HomeKit environment and am having issues with getting all of them to record. All cameras were added over time and the first two cameras, both Circle 2, record with no issue. The third camera, another Circle 2, does not record no matter the settings (matched the settings of the first two cameras). The fourth and fifth cameras are Eve Cameras and, like the third camera, do not record. I can stream all cameras both in the home and outside of the house. I’m using Apple TV devices as my hubs and am on the 2TB iCloud plan. Finally, the status icons on the non-recording cameras is blue in the Favorites window, and the recording cameras have red status icons. Any assistance with this issue is greatly appreciated.
