What can I do to get a Apple Watch to the owner without knowing how to get into contact with them. Also the watch has just been left sitting for months and finally trying to do something about it.
Have you tried booting it up? If the previous owner set up Find My, there should be a notice regarding the original owner of the watch on how you can reach them.
Otherwise, you can submit it to the local police where you find the watch if they have lost and found.
