My new iphone13 pro’s apps are stuck at “loading”. How do I resolve this issue?

After I transferred data and activated my new iPhone 13 pro, all existing non-Apple apps are stuck at “loading”. Looking for ways to resolve this problem. I have tried to sign off from App Store and re-sign in but the problem persists.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.13

You need to connect the iPhone to a stable wi-fi and to power and give it time to download the apps and data. It can take quite a while, especially if you have a large number of apps. It should start up on its own once you connect to wi-fi and power. If not, then power cycle the iPhone after you have connected to power and wi-fi.
