App download

I just switched from a 7 to a 13 pro and most of my apps from the 7 are stuck half way in download mode on the 13 what do you do?

Make sure the new iPhone is connected to a stable wi-fi and power. Then the apps should continue to download. Are you seeing them showing "Loading"?
