Two Things:

A. Where to Look:

Look in a location you may have stored it in, such as a closet drawer.

B. Learn from This:

Take this as a learning experience, knowing to always keep a recd of you passwords on a handwritten, hardcopy sheet of paper. Stop it in a secret location that only you are aware of, and only you have access to.

Consider using a password program. I use 1Password, but there are others.
