It seems like your iPhone not set to a region that support Apple Pay. Learn about Apple Pay participating banks in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, in Asia-Pacific - Apple Support (AE), or in Canada, Latin America, and the United States - Apple Support (AE).

If you're in a region that support Apple Pay, go to Settings > General > Language & Region, change the region of your device. Learn about Change the language and region on iPhone - Apple Support (AE).
