How to turn off calls on other devices iOS 15.0.1

I cant find anything on how to turn off the setting which allows other devices that share my apple ID to call at the same time. The info on google relates to older software. If i go to cellular or phone in setting there is no option to allow or disable calls on other devices. Its not mentioned on there at all.

There must be a way. Please help.

Thanks

Hi SnickZ,

I updated to 15.1 but the setting to still doesn't appear as an option under cellular. I also looked under phone and its not there either. I see that setting on my other phones though and i have been able to easily turn them off from that side but not on my new iPhone. And i'm still getting called coming through on more than one device.

As the previous specialist stated, update to the latest iOS 15.1.

Afterwards, on your iPhone, go to Settings > Phone > Calls on other devices.

From there, you can disable the feature altogether or disable the preferred device.

This applies to cellular calls only.

If the issue is with FaceTime calls, you would need to go to Settings > Facetime > Reachable at on each affected device and uncheck your Apple ID email and phone number.

Hope that helps!

Hi,

Thats very interesting. As it turns out, iOS 15.1.1 has been released. I would recommend updating to that and then see if the option appears.

If I still does not, I would recommend resetting your network settings in Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

If that does not do anything for you, I would then recommend resetting all settings in Settings > General > Transfer or reset iPhone > Reset all Settings.

I would also confirm if you have any Screentime restrictions enabled under Settings > Screentime > Turn off Screentime.

Could you also reply with your iPhone model, the models and iOS/iPadOS/etc versions of those devices that are are also having this issue? Who is your carrier?

So I've got it working now. I didn't update to 15.1.1 either. I signed into icloud! How strange. By doing that and nothing else the setting automatically appears under cellular, and it was already defaulted to off which is even stranger. I haven't had time to test if the calls keep coming on all phones but i assume they wont.

Thanks for helping.
