What is the iCloud “Look me up” setting and why does Settings crash when I attempt to disable entry?

I have a new iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 15.1 while browsing settings I navigated to my Apple ID then iCloud (Storage) and scrolled to the bottom where I found “Look Me Up” there is an HP ‘address’ listed as seen in the screen print below. I have not had an HP printer in years and uninstalled the HP Printing app on my last phone. I figured this was safe to disable. As soon as I hit the slider bar to disable “Settings” crashes. Same happens after closing all apps. Same happens after a hard restart. Houston, we have a problem. What does this do and how do I disable it (without a complete phone wipe)?
