No option for hotspot on iPhone 13?

Hi, I’m a new user to Apple products and I’ve only gotten this new iPhone 13 recently. I’ve noticed that my phone does not have a option to modify personally hotspot settings and I can’t turn on my hotspot either. How do I turn on my hotspot and is there a way to add in options to adjust my hotspot in the settings app?
