Yes, provided that you haven't already created three iCloud accounts on that device. You will have to log out of the existing account first and creyte a new Apple ID: How to create a new Apple ID - Apple Support
Then sign into Settings>iCloud with that ID.
You can be signed into two iCloud accounts at the same time, but only one can have the full facilities. the second one can be signed in in Settings: Mail, Contacts, Calendars and will allow you to sync that data but not use Fine MyiPhone and other facilities.
