Hi, I received my licence for the pack education Logic, final cut, compressor etc.. But I don't understand where to dowload the programs

Bought the student 5 program bundle but only 3/5 programs can download the other 2 says I still have to purchase I bought a MacBook Pro for school and got the $200 5 program bundle for the classes I need but none of the programs came pre-downloaded and I could only download 3/5 of the programs without having to purchase the program app
