Speaker
My bottom speaker sounds muffled or broken. I can still hear but even all the way up it sounds mouse like. What do I do?

Check to see the status of the speaker area. Does it appear that the area is dirty, or any obstructions? Do you have a case on the iPhone? Try removing it and cleaning that area?
Then you need to use the Get Support link at the top of the page here and contact Apple Support. If you have an Apple Store close by, use this link to make a Genius Bar appointment to have the device checked by Apple. Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
I have tried all of that and nothing helped.
