Downloading apps from old iPhone

I have two iPhones connected with the same Apple ID. I would like to download apps I have on my older phone that I don't use anymore, to my newer phone, but with all the data from the apps on the old phone. For example a game that has a certain amount of progress or levels achieved, can I download those to my newer phone with the progress I had? I'm asking this for games or apps that do not require making an account or logging in.

Hi rosemom2029,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! From our understanding, you would like to re-download your apps to another iPhone without restoring a backup, is that right? If so, since you are using the same Apple ID, you can go to the App Store and re-download the apps you would like to manually.
