I do not have a Mac to restore my iPhone with, can I use my iPad?

My iPhone is displaying that I need to restore. I do not have a MacBook, is it possible to use my iPad Pro?

I’d like to avoid going into the store by any means necessary.

iPhone 8, iOS 14

No, it isn't. You either need a Mac or a Windows PC with the latest version of iTunes. If you don't have one, see if you can borrow one from a friend, or you can go the nearest Apple Store and get help there.
