I have an external drive formatted as exFAT. I got the following problem when I copied on macOS:
You can’t copy “instagram_icon.svg” because it has the same name as another item on the destination volume, and that volume doesn’t distinguish between upper- and lowercase letters in filenames.
So I found macOS exFAT doesn't support case sensitivity by default. How can I enable this?

You don't. MacOS is installed as a case-insensitive operating system and the Finder is designed by default to prevent you from namespace collisions when attempting to overwrite existing filenames which may be in either case. You will need a unique filename on exFAT.
Linux and many Unix systems can differentiate filenames by case, but macOS, Windows, and various others do not.
Nor does Microsoft FAT, nor the Apple file systems.
Create and use separate directories on he FAT volume for whatever you’re doing here.
Or determine whether that SVG file has consistent contents across all copies, and transfer over one copy.
Or implement your own name mapping.
Actually the exFAT file system is case-insensitive as well as the native default macOS file systems.
