can't add Covid QR codes to apple wallet

A lot of folks have QR codes but those may or may not be verifiable. If you have a verifiable record it should say SMART somewhere on the card (probably near the QR code). Otherwise, those QR codes may be for a hospital system, may not contain the correct information, or may be for a state that is using a vendor that has not been accredited through the SMART system (myIR is one such provider).

You may not have a verifiable record and/or the provider may not support digital health records for individuals

The article is clear but when I scan the QR code, no Health App notification appears at all.

But they supplied me a QR code . . .
