Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! We understand you're trying to restore from an iCloud backup but it shows its paused. Let's help.


This article has some general steps you can try to help get that restore moving along again: If restore from iCloud backup failed. Make sure you're connected to a reliable Wi-Fi network, connected to a charger and do not have Low Power Mode enabled.
