I have two Iphone 5s which have had all content and settings erased and the SIM removed. I want to use them as an ipod to play music content. I have attempted to set up as a new device, however I am unable to connect to my WiFi network to log into my apple account. Keep getting message "unable to Join the network"

found a solution. Connected to finder on Macbook Pro and restored iphone from there.
