Is it safe to use a 12W iPad USB charger to power a 2020 MacBook Pro?

I appreciate the response. I know it isn't enough to charge but I just want to know if it is safe to use the 20W iPad USB charger to get a little power for a 2020 MacBook. I know it won't be sufficient in the long run but is it safe?
