Sync iCloud on Mac and iphone
The Apple ID is different on my Mac than my iPhone and iPad. I need to add storage to iCloud, for my Mac. Can I sync all these devices or add storage separately?

So do you need to use different Apple IDs on your Mac, iPhone and iPad? Can you not use the same on all? That would be the simplest thing.
If you cannot synchronize all iCloud services across different IDs; but you can synch many. Read the links below for some assistance:

If one of your Apple IDs has a greater storage available amount, you can, as per the Family Sharing link above, setup things that way.
