on my iphone 11. when I restart my phone the apple logo is keep blinking and not turning on.

Apple 11 is stuck on Logo. I have tried to restart several times, it comes back to the Logo. I logged on to itunes and did an upgrade but still stuck on the Apple Logo.

What do i do now?
