Has anyone else had this problem. I follow all the connection protocols in the instructions and apple and beat website andy computer which is only 2 yrs old with the latest software will not recognise the ear phones. Because we tried using the earphones we cannot return them. However we did not expect such incompatibility issues.
not all computers has bluetooth some may have older versions in many cases one can connect a newer usb bluetooth dongle if need be
