Disabled account on iTunes and AppStore

I need help enabling my iTunes and AppStore account which has been disabled and thereby not allowing me to update apps on my iPhone nor even download new apps

If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.

Nobody here can help, and there’s nothing you can do to clear this other than to check with Apple.

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
