I dont have a way to connect to wifi but would like my software update
How can i update my software i cant download apps because it says i need the latest software?

You can update through a computer as well. If you don't have a computer, ask a friend who does have one if you can borrow theirs or take it to an Apple store and ask to use one of theirs.
