How to access non Apple ID account to my Game Center

Hi, I just switching all the apps including game to my new iPad. However, I found out that my game center in old iPad was log in by yahoo account. And my Game Center in new iPad is default to my iCloud account. Please help and guide me how to switch my yahoo account to my new iPad. Thanks a lot.
