Has anyone started experiencing Wrist or arm pain after upgrading to Apple Watch 7 45mm. Just recently upgraded. Been experiencing wrist and arm pain. I still have my Apple Watch 6 and I don’t have any problems when I go back to wearing it.

Upgraded to the 45mm watch from a 44mm watch and am having absolutely no arm or wrist pain whatsoever. It would seem odd a 1mm size difference could cause pain to you at all.
