I’m am totally fed up bought an apple phone and traded mine in for 220.
the phone arrived and it was faulty sent it back and apple gave me a credit Memo!
how do you use a memo?
I have rang them 4 times only to be told a credit NOTE will be with you in 3days.
3days later another MEMO comes through!
im so stressed about this. How do I use it? Will never trade in anything with apple again!

I've never heard of a credit memo, so the only thing I can suggest is to contact Apple. If I am understanding correctly, you returned a new phone (and that was either never billed or credited?) and they gave you a credit memo for the trade in? Usually you are supposed to get an Apple gift card if you do not buy anything at the same time. So, you will want to contact them and ask for a gift card. Please correct if I did not understand your post.
