Is anyone else having issues turning on spatial audio on any Mac with APPLE Silicon! For some reason, it says not available and just turns on spatial stereo! Is it just me or is this an issue that others has been experiencing?

To Mr. Cook. I'm totally disappointed that this Monterey update disabled spatial on my MAC M1 Mini. I've submitted ticket and after a couple of weeks, the engineer fix is to listen to Spatial on my Apple TV????????????? I can't believe this is the option fix. Not acceptable. Yes I subscribed to Apple Family. This is unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes! I live in the United States! MacBook Pro wit M1! And everything is up to date! Everything was working last night! However, now it just won’t!
Also, it isn't working with things like Disney plus, Apple TV app on Mac, and other. For some reason though, spatial audio sometimes works with downloaded music though
I've got the same issue. Airpod Max works with Spatial Audio everytime on my iPhone 13, but when I use my Macbook Pro '21 it doesn't work...
