Check the settings in System Preferences > Accessibility > Display > Display.

How to rid of the white border on the dock? I'm having a very minimal display issue. So out of a sudden a white border around my application dock appeared and I can't seem to figure out how to remove it. Is that just the current display for the dock or could it be a hardware issue? Thank you everyone ! I will include a screenshot.
