Why is access denied on my iPhone for app

I am getting a message for an app access denied. How do I fix this issue?

There are several troubleshooting steps that we’d suggest starting with. If you’re noticing an issue opening any of your apps, please start with the following Apple Support article:

A message like this may also show up if you have Screen Time enabled with content and privacy restrictions. This last article can help you check and manage these settings:
