So I got A deal through my Verizon plan for Apple Arcade. 1 year free then after that $5 so I use the code for it boom. I’m still getting charged for it plus I canceled last month and I’m still getting charged for it and I can’t cancel again?

If your Apple Arcade subscription is billed through your wireless carrier, and you'd like to cancel it, you'll want to reach out to your carrier directly. Subscriptions purchased directly through Apple will appear under the available subscriptions for your Apple ID. From what you're describing, it sounds like you may have had two subscriptions being billed, one through Apple and one through your wireless carrier. The subscription through Apple was cancelled, which is why you aren't seeing it appear in the list anymore.


Please let us know if you run into any additional problems, and we'll continue working to correct these subscriptions.
