this is a request to Apple:
please remove the requirement to only make automatic iCloud backup etc only over Wi-Fi.
today many users (like myself) have unlimited mobile accounts and no need for a Wi-Fi.
please comment if you agree.

You can contact internet service provider and increase network plans .
