How to remove “display message”

To clarify, are you getting a prompt that your iPhone is unable to verify that it has a genuine Apple display?

If so, that message will appear on your Lock screen for 4 days, and in the Settings app for 15 days. The last section of this article has more details, for reference: About genuine iPhone displays
