Я не могу скачать приложение из-за проблемы с предыдущей оплатой, сейчас я уже положил деньги на счёт, оплата не списывается, я не могу скачать приложения , система просит код-пароль, я его ввожу правильно, но система считает иначе, все повторяется, я в тупике, что делать не знаю,

I cannot download the application due to a problem with the previous payment, now I have already put money into my account, the payment is not debited, I cannot download applications, the system asks for a password code, I enter it correctly, but the system thinks differently, everything repeats itself, I'm stumped, I don't know what to do

As the original issue was happening due to a payment-related issue, we'll want to get you in touch with Apple Support's specialists to ensure there isn't anything lingering there: Get Support


While working on that, you may also try restarting the device, as well as signing out and back into your Apple ID (Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases.
