Hi I forgot my screen time passcode and I unable to reset the password

What did you see when you tapped Forgot Passcode?

If that doesn’t work the only option is to restore the phone to factory settings and not restore a backup, because the screen time passcode is saved in the backup.

When i try to reset my phone to factory settings it tells me that i need my screen time password. What do i do because I forgot my screen time password?
